ash good is the author of us clumsy gods (What Books Press, 2022) & four previous writing collections. Their poetry has been nominated for Best of the Net & appears in Faultline, Cimarron Review, 45th Parallel, Chautauqua, Bird Coat Quarterly, Blood Tree Literature, Voicemail Poems & others.

They are co-founding editor of First Matter Press, recipient of Literary Arts' 2024 Oregon Literary Fellowship for publishers, where they uplift first-time publishing poets and genre-expanding writers.

As an editor, creative director & designer, ash collaborates with small presses, journals, literary organizations, universities & independent authors.
